How quickly can you mobilise a team?
Four hours is our target for the first operative on stand. We are usually faster at the six airports where we hold signatory status.
Do your operatives have airside passes?
Yes. Every operative we field is pass-holding for the airport they are working at. The Rapid Response Team service does not deploy non-compliant headcount.
How do you charge?
Hours worked, invoiced after the fact. No retainer. No standing charge. Timesheets accompany every invoice.
